We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The current version is always available on this page.

Omniscient Insight is a digital platform providing esoteric, spiritual, and metaphysical digital content, including but not limited to: numerological analyses, intuitive readings, insight reports, educational guides, and related digital products and subscriptions.
All content provided is for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute professional psychological, medical, financial, or legal advice. Results are not guaranteed. You use all content at your own discretion and risk.
User Accounts & Access
Certain features may require account registration. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
- Keeping your login credentials confidential
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account use at support@omniscient-insight.com
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
Purchases & Payments
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency at checkout. By completing a purchase you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or have parental consent
- You are authorized to use the payment method provided
- You have read and accept our Refund Policy
- For digital products: you expressly consent to immediate delivery and waive the 14-day EU right of withdrawal (Art. 16(m) Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU)
We use third-party payment processors (e.g. Stripe). Payment data is handled exclusively by these processors and is not stored on our servers.
Intellectual Property
All content on Omniscient Insight — including texts, graphics, logos, images, reports, analyses, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of Omniscient Insight or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright law.
Purchasing a digital product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for private purposes only. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content
- Resell, sublicense, or share access with third parties
- Use content for commercial purposes without prior written consent
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Uploading or transmitting harmful, illegal, or offensive content
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
- Using automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service
- Impersonating any person or entity
- Engaging in any activity that disrupts or harms the platform or other users
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Omniscient Insight and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its content.
Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Spiritual and esoteric content is provided for personal reflection only. Omniscient Insight makes no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of such content.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law provisions. For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence continue to apply.
For disputes that cannot be resolved amicably, the competent courts at the registered place of business of the operator shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
EU Online Dispute Resolution: The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated to participate in ADR proceedings but will endeavor to resolve disputes amicably.
