Affiliate Terms & Conditions
Effective June 24, 2026 · Last updated August 14, 2026
1. Eligibility & Account
To join the Omniscient Insight Affiliate Program you must create an affiliate account and accept these terms. Each affiliate account also functions as a standard Omniscient Insight login. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into this agreement. We may approve, decline, or deactivate any affiliate at our discretion.
2. Commission
You earn 40% recurring commission on the net subscription revenue Omniscient Insight receives from each paying customer you refer, for each payment we receive, for as long as both your affiliate account and the customer's subscription remain active.
"Net revenue" means the amount actually received by us after payment-processing fees, taxes (VAT/GST/sales tax), refunds, chargebacks, and discounts. Commission is not earned on free trials, refunded payments, or your own purchases.
3. Tracking & Attribution
Referrals are tracked through your unique referral link (?ref=yourcode). A commission is valid only when a customer subscribes after arriving through your tracked link.
With marketing-cookie consent, the most recently visited valid referral link is retained for up to 30 days before signup. The first valid creator linked to an account is then kept as that account’s referral source for eligible initial and recurring subscription payments.
4. Payments
Eligible commission is reviewed monthly. Unpaid balances below $50 roll forward and are paid once the creator’s combined eligible balance reaches $50 and Stripe payout setup is complete.
You are responsible for any taxes due on your commission income.
5. Prohibited Promotion Methods
The following will result in withheld commissions and/or termination:
- Bidding on "Omniscient Insight" or close variations in paid search, or using our brand in ad URLs/display paths.
- Spam, unsolicited email, or posting your link where it is not permitted.
- Self-referrals, cookie stuffing, or any artificial or fraudulent traffic.
- Misrepresenting the product, making false claims, or implying official endorsement/partnership beyond "affiliate".
- Offering unauthorized discounts, rebates, or cashback funded by your commission unless disclosed and permitted.
6. Required Disclosure
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you share your link, in line with applicable advertising and consumer-protection laws (for example, the FTC endorsement guidelines). A simple statement such as "As an affiliate, I may earn a commission" is sufficient.
7. Use of Brand & Materials
We may provide approved marketing materials. You may reference Omniscient Insight truthfully to promote it, but you may not register domains, social handles, or trademarks containing our name, create communications that appear to be sent by us, or modify our logos and brand assets without permission.
8. Termination
Either party may end this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your participation and withhold pending commissions if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms or engaged in fraudulent or harmful activity. On termination you must stop using your referral links and our materials.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date below, and continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Disclaimer & Liability
The program is provided "as is". We make no guarantee of any particular earnings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omniscient Insight is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your participation in the program.
