Thank you for your purchase at Omniscient Insight. We offer a curated selection of digital products — including but not limited to PWA access, digital readings, reports, guides, content subscriptions, and downloadable materials — all of which are delivered electronically and made immediately accessible upon payment.
Due to the immediate delivery and inherently intangible nature of our digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, we are generally unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
No Refund — Digital Products
By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- The product is a digital good delivered instantly upon payment confirmation.
- You have been given sufficient information about the product prior to purchase, including its description, scope, and intended use.
- You waive your right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable national law (e.g. § 356 Abs. 5 BGB) by expressly requesting immediate delivery of the digital content before the 14-day cooling-off period expires.
- Once access is granted or the product is delivered, no refund will be issued except in the limited circumstances set out in Section 03 below.
This policy applies to all products available on the Omniscient Insight platform, including one-time purchases, bundled packages, and any add-on content.
Exceptions & Eligible Refunds
We will consider a refund request only in the following situations:
- Technical defect: The product is fundamentally defective and cannot be accessed or used despite following standard instructions, and the issue cannot be resolved by us within a reasonable time.
- Non-delivery: You have been charged but the product was never delivered or made accessible, and the issue is attributable to us.
- Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error on our platform.
- Misrepresentation: The delivered product materially differs from what was described at the point of sale in a way that constitutes a defect under applicable consumer protection law.
Refund requests based on the above exceptions must be submitted to us within 14 days of the original purchase date, accompanied by a clear description of the issue and any supporting evidence.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:
- You changed your mind or no longer wish to use the product after purchase.
- You found an alternative product you prefer.
- You lack the technical knowledge or device compatibility required to use the product (this information is provided before purchase).
- You claim dissatisfaction with the content without evidence of a technical defect or misrepresentation.
- The refund request is submitted more than 14 days after the original purchase.
- The product has been fully accessed, read, or downloaded prior to the refund request.
- Issues arising from your own device, browser, operating system, or internet connection.
EU Consumer Rights
For customers in the European Union: Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) and its national implementations (e.g. German BGB § 356 Abs. 5), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a physical medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
By confirming your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate execution of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery/access has commenced. This is stated clearly at the point of checkout.
Statutory rights for defective digital content under EU Directive 2019/770 and national law (§§ 327 ff. BGB) remain unaffected. If the digital product is found to be non-conforming, you retain the right to request remedy, price reduction, or contract termination under applicable law.

Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. For significant changes, we will provide a prominent notice.
