By accessing or using Omniscient Insight — including any associated PWA, mobile, or web application — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The current version is always available on this page.

Omniscient Insight is a personal development platform that delivers AI-assisted spiritual and psychological insights — including tarot readings, dream interpretations, numerology, astrology, and cross-system synthesis reports — through an interactive web application.

Certain features require account registration. You are responsible for:

• ·Providing accurate and complete registration information
• ·Keeping your login credentials confidential
• ·All activity that occurs under your account
• ·Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account use at support@omniscient-insight.com

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency at checkout. By completing a purchase you confirm that:

• ·You are at least 18 years of age, or have parental or guardian consent
• ·You are authorized to use the payment method provided
• ·You have read and accept our Refund Policy
• ·Digital products are delivered immediately upon payment confirmation
• ·For EU consumers: you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your payment card details — all payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe under their own security standards.

Omniscient Insight uses third-party AI services — including Google Gemini — to generate interpretations, readings, and insights based on your input. By using AI-powered features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• ·Text you submit (questions, dream descriptions, journal entries, profile details) may be transmitted to AI providers for processing
• ·AI-generated content is for entertainment and informational purposes only — it is not professional advice of any kind
• ·You should not include sensitive personal information (such as financial details, medical history, or government ID numbers) in your inputs
• ·AI providers process data according to their own privacy policies — see our Privacy Policy for details
• ·AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that does not reflect your personal circumstances

All content on Omniscient Insight — including texts, graphics, logos, images, reports, analyses, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of Omniscient Insight or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright law.

Access to the platform grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for private purposes only. You may not:

• ·Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content
• ·Resell, sublicense, or share access with third parties
• ·Use content for commercial purposes without prior written consent
• ·Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform

You agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully. Prohibited conduct includes:

• ·Uploading or transmitting harmful, illegal, or offensive content
• ·Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• ·Using automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service
• ·Impersonating any person or entity
• ·Engaging in any activity that disrupts or harms the platform or other users
• ·Attempting to circumvent usage limits, paywalls, or access controls

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Omniscient Insight and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its content — including any AI-generated output you act upon.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably may be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in your place of residence.

For users in the European Union: mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence continue to apply regardless of any other choice-of-law provisions. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
