Overview
Thank you for using Omniscient Insight. Our platform delivers digital content and AI-powered services — including readings, interpretations, reports, and subscription access — which are made available immediately upon payment.
General Policy
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. Once a digital product has been accessed or delivered, we are typically unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Exceptions are listed in Section 04.

Digital Products — No Refund
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- ·The product is a digital good delivered immediately upon payment confirmation
- ·You have been given sufficient information about the product before purchase
- ·Once access is granted, no refund will be issued except in the limited circumstances set out in Section 04
- ·AI-generated readings are produced on demand and cannot be "returned" once generated
- ·For EU consumers: by requesting immediate delivery, you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m). Your statutory rights regarding defective digital content under EU Directive 2019/770 remain unaffected.

Subscription Cancellations
Omniscient Insight offers monthly and yearly subscription plans. The following applies to all active subscriptions:
- ·You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- ·Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Premium access until then
- ·No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period
- ·Yearly subscribers who cancel mid-year are not entitled to a prorated refund for remaining months, except in the eligible circumstances below

Eligible Refund Exceptions
We will consider a refund request only in the following situations:
- ✓Technical defect: The product is fundamentally inaccessible despite following standard instructions and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time
- ✓Non-delivery: You were charged but access was never granted, due to an error on our end
- ✓Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same product due to a platform error
- ✓Misrepresentation: The delivered product materially differs from what was described at the point of sale
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date, with a clear description of the issue and any supporting evidence.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:
- ·You changed your mind or no longer wish to use the service after purchase
- ·You found an alternative product you prefer
- ·Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content that does not reflect a technical defect
- ·The request is submitted more than 14 days after the original purchase
- ·The product has been fully accessed or used prior to the refund request
- ·Issues caused by your own device, browser, operating system, or internet connection

Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
